The WEFTEC Spouse/Partner Guest Lounge provides family & guests of WEFTEC participants with a central place to meet and relax. The Lounge is located at the Orange County Convention Center, in the middle of all the action. Individuals who wish to have access to the services and refreshments available in the Spouse/Partner Guest Lounge must be registered and present their badge for admission. Registrants not only have access to the Lounge but also to the WEFTEC exhibition and to the WEFTEC shuttle bus system.
Lounge Services:
An Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau representative will be on hand from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. daily to familiarize participants with the city, its many sites and activities.
The Convention & Visitors Bureau will host a presentation on Orlando in the Lounge on Monday, October 12, at 10:00 a.m.
Coffee service will be provided daily from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., and cold beverages will be provided daily from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Complimentary Internet service will be available for participants’ convenience in checking e-mail.
A message board will be provided as a means of leaving messages for other participants and arranging meetings with old friends.
Orlando restaurant reservation and city information booths will also be located at the Orange County Convention Center to provide answers to questions regarding restaurants, sightseeing, and city attractions.
