Strategies to mitigate adverse impacts on utility ratepayers
Approaches to securing approval of capital financing
Lessons learned from case studies
Workshop presenters will be drawn from the municipal credit market, financial advising community, and utility finance organizations. The workshop will be highly interactive with facilitated discussions and exercises and ample opportunities for participants to review the challenges facing their utilities and discuss alternative approaches.
