This comprehensive workshop is presented by leading practitioners, who will share their experiences in an interactive, plant-site environment. The workshop will cover activated sludge/biological nutrient removal basics. The workshop will focus on practical solutions to problems that plague many systems. This is a completely hands-on learning event that will be held at the South Water Reclamation Facility in Orlando, Florida., where attendees will observe and participate in small groups. Attendees will actively engage in demonstrations centered on:
  • Parameters for process control
  • Sidestream considerations
  • Tips for identifying microorganisms and establishing a healthy biomass

The format is informal and real-life examples and questions are welcomed and encouraged.
Special Note: Registration includes transportation to the facility, a facility tour, and a box lunch. Attendance is limited to the first 70 registrants!
